Steven Kilner

IT Management Consulting

Background of Steve Kilner
For 20 years I ran the largest IBM Business Partner consultancy in the San Francisco Bay Area. We installed systems and software for nearly 200 customers.

Much of my work has been about envisioning, strategizing, planning, leading, course correcting, designing, developing software, migrating, integrating, QAing, training, deploying, communicating etc.

I have a deep understanding of software development, software maintenance, application architecture, application integration, business process analysis, application deployments and leading teams for all this work.

More than once I have been retained to turnaround failing projects to meet critical deadlines.

I bring highly focused, outside-of-the-box thinking to difficult problems.
